My 69th Birthday

69th birthday

I had a great time with a few good friends to celebrate making it this far,  age 69.  BBQ baby backs turned out great, Kates version and mine were tied.  Katie did an awesome job with all the cooking and planning.  She always does.  She’s my hero.  Here are some pics.

  1. I must say hanging a spoon on ones nose is quite the strange birthday tradition but to each his own. Great photos! Good people, good times.

  2. Hi Bro Geoff — Excellent batch of photos from the party. It looks like everybody was having a great time. A neat way to celebrate your 69th birthday. Interesting the ribs that Kate and you each made with the 2 recipes turned out equally good and tender. Thanks for sending this super email message and happy you had such a good party. Take care, Bro Geo , Las Vegas.

  3. I agree with all the above. An excellent time was had by all. To reiterate, (and one should reiterate almost daily) Happy Post Birthday, Geoff. That was certainly one for the books.

  4. What a fun group. Good time for everyone. Nice to read brother George’s reply. I had trouble with the audio, but it looked like a fun time. Stephen was funny. Great birthday party.

  5. Life is good. We are all proof of that. We look forward to more celebrating on the mountain and the lake and the October gala affair !!
