Create System Image Problems Windows 10

After restoring a system image because of problems while auto-updating to KB4338819 Cumulative update for version 1803, I downloaded the update file at Microsoft site and manually installed the update.  Then I went to create a new system image but it kept hanging up in the preparation to backup.  I found that I needed to rename the directory that the backups were in to WindowsImageBackup.old.  Apparently Windows has a problem if there is another system image in there.  Weird, since you generally have a choice as to which date you want to go back to.  Anyway, there are four options on how to deal with this problem at this EaseUs website one of which is renaming the directory.
